Requirements:

• Proposed Names: Provide 3 to 5 unique names in order of preference.

• Director/Owner Details: Copies of National IDs, KRA PIN certificates, and colored passport-sized photos.

• Contact Information: A valid email address and phone number for the business.

• Physical Address: Plot number/LR number, building name, floor, and room number.

• Registration Fees:

  • Business Name (Sole Proprietorship/Partnership): Ksh 950 + convenience fee.

  • Private Limited Company: Ksh 10,750 (Total fee).
