Description: We offer end-to-end assistance for new passport applications, renewals, and replacements for lost or mutilated passports. We handle the eCitizen process, document uploads, and appointment booking.

General Requirements:

• eCitizen Account: Your login details (we can create an account for you if needed).

• National ID: Original and a clear photocopy.

• Birth Certificate: Original and a clear photocopy.

• Recommender: A copy of the National ID for a person (not a relative) who can vouch for you (e.g., a religious leader, lawyer, or senior civil servant).

• Parents’ Details: Copies of National IDs for both parents (or Death Certificates if deceased).

• Photos: 3 recent passport-sized photos (2×2 inches, white background, no glasses, ears visible).

Additional Requirements (Renewal/Replacement):

• Renewal: Your old passport and a photocopy of the bio-data page.

• Lost Passport: A Police Abstract and a Sworn Affidavit (we can help guide you on where to get these).

• Mutilated Passport: The damaged passport and an explanatory letter.

Passport Photo Guidelines

To ensure your application isn’t rejected by Immigration, we ensure your digital photo meets these rules:

• Background: Strictly plain white.

• Facial Expression: Neutral (no smiling or showing teeth).

• Visibility: Both ears must be showing; no glasses, hats, or headbands (except for religious headwear).
